This sounds complicated, but it’s really just using the My Fitness Pal free app to make sure you’re meeting your daily nutrition goals with a good balance of protein, carbs, and fats in your daily diet so you can sustain your energy levels while you lose weight.
It’s basically a lesson on the best way to fuel your body so you’ll lose fat AND have the energy to do all the things you need to get done every day.
On the FWTFL program, you’ll have both low macro days and regular macro days.
You don’t count calories on the FASTer Way, you learn to track your macros.

4. Carb Cycling
I’d never tried carb cycling before going through this program, but it’s another super cool strategy (backed up by science, Yay!), that can teach your body to burn even more fat instead of the sugar provided by carbs.
Carb cycling involves going back and forth between high carb days and low carb days. It’s an intentional variation of carbohydrate intake from day to day.
The combo of intermittent fasting and carb cycling is what takes your fat burning to the next level. Long term restriction of carbohydrates is not something that you’ll be doing on this program.
5. Effective Fitness Program
