With so much information out there, it can be confusing to navigate the best choices when it comes to intermittent fasting products and systems. Here are some intermittent fasting reviews and recommendations about products that I’ve either personally tried and recommend, or have created just for my readers.
Intermittent Fasting Apps
If you’re a beginner, you probably sometimes feel confused about your eating windows, fasting windows, and timing and wish there was some easy way to track them.
When I first started intermittent fasting, I was confused too. So I reviewed the top intermittent fasting apps, and broke them all down for you so you can pick the best one for your life and start making your intermittent fasting life easier.
In these two intermittent fasting reviews posts, I reviewed eight popular intermittent fasting apps that you can download for free, as well as one app that is subscription-based.

Intermittent Fasting Courses
Sometimes, you just need some guidance when you’re starting out intermittent fasting. There are so many windows, schedules and details, it can be hard to know where to start.
An intermittent fasting reviews page wouldn’t be complete without recommendations for the best courses to help you get started.
Faster Way to Fat Loss Program
My readers email me ALL the time to ask me if I can recommend a more all-inclusive plan that they could use in conjunction with intermittent fasting.
I am super picky when it comes to anything I recommend to friends. I won’t even think of recommending anything until I’ve personally tried it out, and found it to be effective and helpful to me.
One program that I have tried and loved is the Faster Way to Fat Loss Program.
The 6-week program is all online and includes menu plans, daily exercise, and a dedicated coach in a small group setting. I recommend the Faster Way to Fat Loss if you are more comfortable getting more direction on a daily basis.
You’ll learn next-level techniques to fuel your fat loss like carb cycling, macro tracking, and workouts specifically designed to work with intermittent fasting to boost your results.
If you’re looking for weekly meal plans (both regular and vegan), along with daily online 30 minute workouts, this is an amazing option.
There is a new 6-week session starting the first of each month. You can read my complete intermittent fasting reviews about my experience here.
Intermittent Fasting Water Drinking Tips
I can’t stress the importance of drinking enough water when you are intermittent fasting.
Make sure you’re drinking half of your current body weight in fluid ounces each day as a minimum.
For example, a 150-pound woman should be drinking about 75 ounces each day. Don’t include caffeinated beverages or alcohol into your total since they’re both dehydrating. If you live in a hot climate or you exercise, you’ll need to drink more.
If you’re following the rules and you’ve given up sodas and sugary drinks, you know how challenging it can be to get that water requirement in each day.
One thing I love to do is mix up a pitcher of infused water and keep it in the refrigerator.

Flavored Water Enhancers
Another option to spice up your water is to use the flavored water enhancer drops.
Always remember that plain water or water infused with fruit is the healthiest. But sometimes, you’ve got to break out the water enhancers to get those ounces in.
If you really can’t stand drinking plain water, it’s better to use these than to be dehydrated.
Here are some of my favorites. Start with just a drop or two and add from there. Too much can make your water bitter. You may have to try a couple of different flavors before you find one you love though!
