Tea Lover's Recipe
Jasmine Milk Tea & Honey Boba
Gather jasmine tea, honey, boiling water, black tapioca pearls, half-and-half, extra honey or simple syrup.
Brew the tea: Steep for 4 minutes, strain, and cool.
Step 1: Make Tea
Make Honey Syrup: Add honey and hot water, stir until dissolved.
Step 2: Honey Syrup
Make Boba: Add tapioca pearls to boiling water, drain and add to honey syrup.
Step 3: Cook Boba
In a large glass: Add honey boba pearls on bottom, add ice, pour in cooled tea, sweeten if needed, top with half and half.
