How to Make CCF Tea
Making CCF tea is easy, especially if you premix your seeds or purchase a ready made CCF mixture.
- Add 1 teaspoon of CCF seed mixture to 1 cup of water.
- Bring the water to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy on its own, or add a pinch of cinnamon and honey.
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 3 cups water
- Add seeds and water to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
